DISCLOSURE OF A CHANGE IN HOLDINGS UNDER SECTION 10 OF CHAPTER 2 OF THE SECURITIES MARKETS ACT

According to information received, the proportion of Technopolis Plc's share
capital and votes held by Gazit-Globe Ltd., Tel Aviv, Israel, commercial
register number 52-0033234, has risen above one twentieth (5 %) as a result of
share transaction carried out on February 12, 2008. The proportion of
Technopolis Plc's share capital and votes controlled by Gazit-Globe Ltd. is
3,126,959 shares and 7.089 % respectively. 

The share capital of Technopolis Plc totals EUR 74,548,943.69 divided into
44,111,801 shares with a counter-book value of EUR 1.69.
