Meeting of Shareholders of AB Amber Grid held on 11 June 2013 adopted the
following resolution: 

  1. Election of the members of the Board of Directors of AB Amber Grid.

Resolution adopted by the First General Meeting of Shareholders of AB Amber
Grid: to elect as members of the Board of Directors of AB Amber Grid: Dr
Aleksandr Frolov, Dr Rainer Link, Mario Nullmeier, Dr Aleksandras Spruogis and 
Nikolay Vasilyev. 

A notice of the resolution adopted by the First General Meeting of Shareholders
of AB Amber Grid was placed at the Central Database of Regulated Information
www.crib.lt, the Company's website www.dujos.lt and the e-publication of the
Centre of Registers.
