MARTELA CORPORATION'S FINANCIAL REPORTING 2013


Martela Corporation's financial statements for 2012 will be published on
Wednesday 6 February 2013. 

Three interim reports will be published in 2013:

- January-March(Q1)on Friday 26 April 2013
- January-June (Q2)on Tuesday 6 August 2013
- January-September(Q3)Friday 25 October 2013

The Annual Report for the year 2012 will be published on Martela's Web pages
during week 9. 

The Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 14 March 2013 at 15.00. The
Board of Directors will summon the meeting on company's web pages at a later
date. A shareholder who wishes to include a matter on the agenda of the Annual
General Meeting should submit such request in writing by 21 January 2013 to
Martela Oyj, Board of Directors, P.O. Box 44, 00371 Helsinki, Finland. 

The financial statement and the interim reports will be published in Finnish
and English on the company's website www.martela.fi and www.martela.com
