Conversion of Pohjola Bank Series K shares into Series A shares
A total of 25,080 Pohjola Bank Series K shares owned by the cooperative banks   
have been converted into Series A shares. The conversions were entered in the   
Trade Register on 14 April 2010.
The number of Series K shares fell from 68,406,725 to 68,381,645, and the number
of Series A shares listed on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki grew from 251,144,690 to       
251,169,770. The conversions do not affect the total number of shares, which is 
319,551,415. Following the conversion, the shares correspond to 593,077,995     
votes.
Trading in the now converted Series A shares will commence on NASDAQ OMX        
Helsinki on 15 April 2010.
