The Housing Financing Fund - Results of HFF Bond Auction

The Housing Financing Fund (HFF) announces the results of an HFF bond auction on December 10th 2010. Valid bids submitted amounted to ISK 7.287 billion at nominal value.

The following bids were accepted:

  --  HFF150224, nominal amount of ISK 1.907 billionweighted yield without
      commission is 2,92%
  --  HFF150434, nominal amount of ISK 0.340 billionweighted yield without
      commission is 3.27%
  --  HFF150644, nominal amount of ISK 4.040 billionweighted yield without
      commission is 3.37%

The total weighted yield of the accepted bids, without commission was 3.22% and
with commission 3.25%. Settlement date will be December 17th 2010.
