Company group ALITA, AB received from its shareholder UAB „MINERALINIAI
VANDENYS“ a report on the implementation of the tender offer. 

Through the implementation period of the tender offer UAB „MINERALINIAI
VANDENYS“ bought-up 25 501ordinary registered shares of Company group ALITA,
AB, with nominal value of EUR 0,29 each (ISIN codes LT0000128266), which
represent 0,13 percent of voting rights at the general meeting of shareholders
of the company.
