In accordance with Chapter 2, Section 9 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act,  
we hereby announce that Atria Group Plc has received the following announcement 
from Julius Baer Investment Management LLC concerning changes in their holding  
in Atria.                                                                       
                                                                                
As a result of a share transaction concluded on 4 October 2007 the holding of   
                                                                                
Julius Baer Investment Management LCC, on behalf of its clients, together with  
the Julius Baer International Equity Fund has exceeded five (5) per cent of the 
share capital of Atria Group Plc. In accordance with the announcement of Julius
