NEO INDUSTRIAL PLC	STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE	26 October 2010	at 14.00              

NEOMARKKA IS NOW NEO INDUSTRIAL PLC           

The Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting decided to change the company name to be
Neo Industrial Oyj, in Swedish Neo Industrial Abp, in English Neo Industrial    
Plc. The change of the name has been registered to Trade Register on 25 October 
2010 and the name is valid in NASDAQ OMX Helsinki starting 27 October 2010.
