ASPRO HOLDS 100 PERCENT OF PUUHARYHMÄ                                           

The Arbitration Court appointed by the redemption committee of the Central      
Chamber of Commerce has today confirmed that Aspro Ocio S.A. (Aspro)has an      
undisputed right to redeem the minority shares of Puuharyhmä Oyj (Puuharyhmä)and
that Aspro has the right to obtain the title to the minority shares by posting a
security approved by the Arbitration Court for the redemption price and the     
interest payable on it.                                                         

Aspro has posted the required security and has thereby today obtained the title 
to the entire share capital of Puuharyhmä, as provided under the Finnish        
Companies Act. After the posting of the security, Puuharyhmä's minority         
shareholders, who are parties to the redemption proceedings, are only entitled  
to receive the redemption price and the interest payable on it.                 


The minority shareholders will later be sent further details of the decision of 
the Arbitration Court and of other procedures in accordance with the            
instructions provided by the Arbitration Court.                                 

Upon application of Puuharyhmä the Helsinki Stock Exchange has decided, that the
shares of Puuharyhmä shall be de-listed from the Helsinki Stock Exchange when   
the title to all shares in Puuharyhmä has been transferred to Aspro. Thus       
quotation of the shares of Puuharyhmä shall be terminated in accordance with a  
separate notification by the Helsinki Stock Exchange.
