Klaipedos Nafta AB - Notification on material event

Amended Articles of Association of Klaipėdos Nafta AB registered

On 20 February 2013, the amended Articles of Association of Klaipėdos Nafta, AB
(hereinafter, the “Company”) had been registered with the Register of Legal
Entities of the Republic of Lithuania. 

On 11 February 2013 the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders decided to amend
the Articles of Association of the Company, by recasting the Articles if
Association in the new wording. 

The Articles of Association had been amended taking into account the
requirements, set forth in the Description of Procedure of the Implementation
of State's Property and Non-property Rights within the State-controlled
Companies (approved by the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of
Lithuania No.665 from 6 June, 2012), as well as, extending the competence of
the Board of the Company to decide on particular issues.
