Interim Financial Statements for three months of 2009

Dvarčionių keramika, AB announces not audited Interim Financial Statements for  
three months of 2009 prepared in accordance with International Financial        
Reporting Standards (attached).                                                 

Operating result of three months, 2009 is a loss of 1.977 thousand Litas (One   
million Nine Hundred Seventy Seven Thousand Litas) or 573 thousand Euro (Five   
Hundred Seventy Tree Thousand Euro).
