The Management Boards of AB LIETUVOS ENERGIJA and AB KAUNO ENERGIJA have made the decisions regarding establishing a joint company

Elektrėnai, Lithuania, 2011-02-21 17:36 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Management
Boards of AB LIETUVOS ENERGIJA and AB KAUNO ENERGIJA have made the decisions
regarding establishing a joint company to implement the project of construction
of a new biofuel cogeneration plant in Kaunas. It is expected that the share
capital of the established company will be LTL 200 thousand, and AB LIETUVOS
ENERGIJA and AB KAUNO ENERGIJA will hold 67 percent and 33 percent respectively
of the newly established company.
