Citycon’s Annual and Sustainability Report 2014 published

CITYCON OYJ Stock Exchange Release 27 February 2015
at 09.00 hrs

Citycon Oyj's combined Annual and Sustainability Report 2014 has been published
in Finnish and English today. The report also includes the Financial Statements
and the Report by the Board of Directors for the financial year 2014, published
on 11 February 2015.

The theme of Citycon's Annual and Sustainability Report 2014 is ‘urban
crosspoints'. Our shopping centres are located in the heart of urban areas and
are active parts of the surrounding communities. We believe in shopping centres
which combine different modes of use.

Citycon's sustainability reporting describes the company's sustainability
actions and objectives with respect to its various stakeholders. In its
sustainability reporting Citycon applies the Global Reporting Initiative's
(GRI) Construction and Real Estate Sector Supplement (CRESS) recommendations as
well as EPRA's Best Practices Recommendations on Sustainability Reporting. In
order to further increase the transparency of sustainability reporting,
assurance has been provided for numerical environmental indicators (limited
assurance).

The Annual and Sustainability Report is attached to this release and it is also
available on the company website at www.citycon.com. The printed version of the
report will be published during week 11 and it can be ordered by sending an
e-mail to info@citycon.com.
