Citycon's Vice President, Swedish Operations, to Change

CITYCON OYJ      Stock Exchange Release      29 July 2011 at 13.10 hrs

Ulf Attebrant, Citycon Oyj's Vice President, Swedish Operations, and member of
the Corporate Management Committee is leaving his position in the company
starting 1 December 2011. The decision to leave the VP position is mutual
between Mr. Attebrant and the company. 

The company expresses its gratitude to Mr. Attebrant for his contribution in
the stabilizing of the company's Swedish operations and wishes him best of luck
and success in forthcoming challenges.
