Conversion of OKO Bank Series K Shares into Series A Shares                     

A total of 112 860 OKO Bank Series K shares owned by the cooperative banks have 
been converted into Series A shares. The conversions were entered in the Trade  
Register on 13 July 2007.                                                       

The number of Series K shares fell from 43 899 632 to 43 786 772, and the number
of Series A shares listed on OMX Nordic Exchange Helsinki grew from 159 451 268 
to 159 564 128. The conversions do not affect the total number of shares        
outstanding, which is 203 350 900, or the amount of the equity capital, which is
EUR 427,617,463.01.                                                             

Trading in the now converted Series A shares will commence on OMX Nordic        
Exchange Helsinki on 16 July 2007.
