DISCLOSURE UNDER CHAPTER 2, SECTION 10 OF THE SECURITIES MARKET ACT             

GeoSentric Oyj has received a disclosure under chapter 2, section 9 of the      
Securities Market Act regarding a change in holdings.                           

Luben Limited holds altogether 91,162,652 GeoSentric Oyj's shares, which        
corresponds to 10.15 % of the registered amount of shares and voting rights and 
has at the latest on September 25, 2009 exceeded the threshold of 1/10.         

MMA Investments Limited holds altogether 16,930,861 GeoSentric Oyj's shares,    
which corresponds to 1.89 % of the registered amount of shares and voting rights
and thus as a result of increase in the amount of outstanding shares has at the 
latest on January 29, 2008 fallen below the threshold of 1/20.                  

Nobolles Investments Limited holds altogether 43,123,442 GeoSentric Oyj's       
shares, which corresponds to 4.80 % of the registered amount of shares and      
voting rights and thus as a result of increase in the amount of outstanding     
shares has at the latest on October 1, 2008 fallen below the threshold of 1/20. 

As of the date of this release the registered shares amount of GeoSentric Oyj is
897,926,354 and share capital EUR 8,950,961.65.
