Chief Executive Officer of Lietuvos energija, UAB has resigned

Lietuvos energija, UAB (hereinafter – the Company), legal entity code 301844044, registered office address at Žvejų St. 14, Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania. The total nominal value of the issued bonds is EUR 300,000,000; ISIN code XS1646530565.

The Company informs that on 8 September 2017 the Chief Executive Officer of the Company Dalius Misiūnas in accordance with the paragraph 5 of article 37 of the Law on the Companies of the Republic of Lithuania has presented the resignation letter to the Supervisory Board of the Company and the sole shareholder of the Company the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania.

The Company will inform on the following actions in accordance with legal acts.
