DISCLOSURE NOTIFICATION UNDER CHAPTER 2, SECTION 9 OF THE SECURITIES MARKETS ACT

On 1 June 2010, Ixonos Plc has received the following disclosure notification,
pursuant to the Securities Markets Act (495/1989), of a potential change in a
portion of holdings: 

Turret Oy Ab's portion of Ixonos Plc's voting rights and total number of shares
will exceed 25 per cent (1-4) should Turret Oy Ab subscribe for all shares to
which its EUR 2 million underwriting undertaking in Ixonos Plc's rights issue
applies. 

If Ixonos' rights issue is fully subscribed for, and if Turret Oy Ab subscribes
for all shares to which its holdings entitle it and to which its underwriting
undertaking applies, Turret Oy Ab will hold 4,099,293 Ixonos Plc shares, which
is equivalent to 28.0 per cent of Ixonos Plc's share capital and voting rights
after the rights issue. 

Before the rights issue, Ixonos Plc's share capital comprises 9,313,089 shares
and votes. If the rights issue is fully subscribed for, the share capital will
comprise 14,634,854 shares and votes.
