The consolidated pre-audited results of AB Lietuvos Dujos for the 1st quarter
of 2010 prepared according to the International Financial Reporting Standards: 

- Sales for the 1st quarter of 2010 - LTL 684.9 million (EUR 198.4 million),
for the 1st quarter of 2009 - LTL 528.4 million (EUR 153.0 million); 

- Profit before tax for the 1st quarter of 2010 - LTL 85.2 million (EUR 24.7
million), for the 1st quarter of 2009 - LTL 38.0 million (EUR 11.0 million); 

- Net profit for the 1st quarter of 2010 - LTL 71.6 million (EUR 20.7 million),
for the 1st quarter of 2009 - LTL 29.3 million (EUR 8.5 million).
