Decision of the meeting of Council of the beholders of JSC “Žemaitijos pienas”

Telšiai, Lithuania, 2011-04-28 08:48 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 
  1. JSC “Žemaitijos pienas” has elected Romusas Jarulaitis to President's post
     of Council of the beholders on 28-04-2011.
  2.  Since 01-05-2011, the Board of the Company shall be revoked and new
     members of the Board of the Company shall be elected, namely: Marius
     Dromantas, Asta Gaubienė, Algirdas Pažemeckas, Vygaudas Sliesoraitis,
     Alvydas Žabolis.
  3. The agreement regarding activities shall be concluded with the members of
     the Board. R. Jarulaitis shall be authorized to sign the agreement.
