NOTICE OF CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP IN COMPLIANCE WITH CHAPTER 9, SECTION 10 OF THE
SECURITIES MARKET ACT

Orava Residential REIT (Business ID: 2382127-4) has received on 30 June a
disclosure under chapter 9, section 5 of the Securities Market Act, according
to which, the holdings of Sysmäläntien Kiinteistöt Oy has fallen below the 5
per cent limit of Orava Residential REIT's shares. 

According to the disclosure, Sysmäläntien Kiinteistöt Oy holds 219 368 Orava
Residential REIT's shares, representing 4.63 per cent of Orava Residential
REIT's shares and votes. 

The fall below 5 per cent limit is due to the increase of Orava Residential
REIT's number of registered shares as a result of directed share issue on 26
June 2014. 

The proportions were calculated in relation to the registered number of 4 733
317 shares and related votes. The Company has one series of shares and each
share entitles to one vote.
