GEOSENTRIC OYJ SHARE CAPITAL INCREASE REGISTERED

GEOSENTRIC OYJ SHARE CAPITAL INCREASE REGISTERED                                

The share capital increase of 480,000 new investment shares has been registered 
in the trade register on November 26, 2010. The issue was based to subscriptions
made by option rights 2004A as announced in the bulletin released on August 19, 
2010. After the increase, the total registered share capital of the company is  
EUR 8,955,761.65 and the number of shares 922,156,354.                          

It is estimated that the new shares will be listed on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki aside 
with the old shares (GEO1V) of the Company by the end of the year and the new   
shares are equivalent of their right with company's existing shares.
