stored and safeguarded at the Legal Entity Registration Section of the Vilnius
Branch of the Register of Legal Entities, a State Enterprise, were registered
with the Register of Legal Entities. 

The company’s Articles of Association have been amended pursuant to a decision
of the 26 April 2016 Litgrid AB annual general meeting of shareholders.
