City Service consolidated results for the six months of 2011 


Vilnius, Lithuania, 2011-08-31 17:49 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AB City Service
announces its unaudited Consolidated Interim Financial Statements for the six
months of 2011, prepared according to International Financial Reporting
Standards, and Consolidated Interim Report for the six months of 2010. 

The total consolidated City Service revenue for the six months of 2011 was LTL
268 million (EUR 77.6 million), including LTL 168 million (EUR 48.7 million) in
foreign markets. This makes an 2 % increase over the total revenue of LTL 264
million (EUR 76 million) for the six months of 2010. 

Net profit for the period amounted to LTL 11 million (EUR 3.2 million), an
increase by 12 % over LTL 9.8 million (EUR 2.8 million) a year ago. EBITDA for
six months of 2011 was LTL 19.6 million (EUR 5.7 million), an increase by 17 %
over LTL 16.7 million (EUR 4.8 million) a year ago. 

City Service group operates in Lithuania, Russia, Latvia and Ukraine, with over
20 million square meters of facilities under management of Group's companies.
