following flagging notification concerning the shares in SSH Communications
Security Corporation:

2. Shareowners obliged to give notification

Acme Investments  SPF S.a.r.l.

3. Reason for notification

SSH Communications Security has received on June 20, 2016 an announcement that
Acme Investments  SPF S.a.r.l.  has bought 733 900 shares and his holdings
directly and through his company has exceeded 5% of votes and shares in SSH
Communications Security. Acme Investments  SPF S.a.r.l. is a company under
control of Timo Syrjälä. 

4. Share of the ownership in the company

Acme Investments  SPF S.a.r.l. owns 1 995 620 shares and votes in SSH
Communications Security Corporation, corresponding 5.8 per cent of all shares
and votes in SSH Communications Security Corporation. Timo Syrjälä, including
