Vilkyskiu Pienine AB - Notification on material event

The sales of AB Vilkyskiu pienine group July 2012

 The consolidated sales of the company for July 2012 amounted to 23.7 million
LTL (6.9 million EUR) - 7% decreased comparing to July 2011. The sales of the
company for the last 12 months (August 2011 - July 2012) amounted to 297
million LTL (86 million EUR) - 10% increased comparing to the same period last
year (August 2010 - July 2011). The sales of the company for period January -
July 2012 amounted to 162.3 million LTL (47 million EUR) - 4% increased
comparing to the same period last year.
