Wulff Adjusts Its Estimate 2013

WULFF ADJUSTS ITS ESTIMATE 2013

The markets have not improved as expected and the demand for Wulff's products
has decreased from last year. Based on the Group management's recent outlook
for 2013, it seems probable that the last year's operating profit level will
not be reached. The cost-efficiency improvement actions have been taken as
planned and the Group concentrates on the internal actions with the strongest
effect on profitability. Typically in the industry, the annual profit is made
in the last quarter of the year. In 2012, the Group's net sales totalled EUR 90
million and operating profit reached EUR 1.1 million. 

In its first interim report 2013, Wulff Group Plc estimated that no significant
market changes are expected in 2013 and the Group aims to improve profitability
through its own actions. 

Wulff publishes its interim report for January-June 2013 on Tuesday August 6,
2013.
