Lietuvos Energija AB Established Electricity Supply Daughter Company

October 21, The legal entities register has registered a new daughter company
of Lietuvos Energija AB for electricity supply Energijos Tiekimas UAB. Upon
receiving licence of independent supplier the company will perform retail trade
in electricity on the markets of Lithuania and neighboring countries. The
authorized capital of the company - LTL 750 thousand. 100 per cent shares of
the newly established company are owned by Lietuvos Energija AB. The company
was registered at Jeruzalės g. 21, Vilnius, The Republic of Lithuania.
