Members of the Board's Nomination Committee

EFORE PLC   Stock Exchange Release   November 18, 2009   9.00 a.m               

The Board of Directors of Efore Plc has, on November 17, 2009, decided to elect 
Mr Matti Tammivuori as the Chairman and Mr Timo Syrjälä and Mr Rauno Puolimatka 
as Members of the Board's Nomination Committee. Furthermore Mr Isto Hantila,    
Chairman of the Board of Directors was elected as an expert member.
