In bond issue ISIN DK0030152111, as announced in stock exchange announcement no
01/2009 of 22 January 2009, additional DKK 51 million nominal have been issued
at a price of 98,803. The additional issue has been arranged by Danske Bank and
the new bonds have been admitted to trading on Nasdaq OMX the Nordic Exchange
Copenhagen as of today 10 February 2009. The conditions of the existing bond
also apply for the raise.
