Siauliu Bankas AB - Notification on material event

Enterprises for real estate management have been acquired

On 23 March 2010 Šiaulių bankas AB acquired 100 per cent of shares and voting   
rights of SBTF UAB and Minera UAB. Purchased companies belonged to the bank's   
subsidiaries, they will be engaged in real estate management.
