City Service AB - Notification on material event

Ž.Lapinskas is replaced by J.Janukėnas as General Director of AB City Service

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2013-09-23 08:30 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Žilvinas
Lapinskas, longtime AB City Service Director General, has decided to leave the
Company. He also resigns from the Board of the Company. In January, Ž.Lapinskas
will take heading position in one international group of companies. 

On September 23 the Board of the Company appointed Jonas Janukėnas as General
Director of AB City Service. Until now J.Janukėnas was Finance and
Administration Director of AB City Service, he also is Chairman of the Board of
UAB Mano Būstas LT. 

We express thankfulness to Ž.Lapinskas for excellent job he has done creating
City Service Group. He is the man who stood at the roots of the Company and who
lead expansion of the Company in Lithuania and foreign countries. His
contribution to Company‘s history is exceptional. We wish him success pursuing
further career. We also with pleasure hand the Company to J.Janukėnas, an
excellent leader and long-term member of City Service team, said Andrius
Janukonis, Chairman of the Board of AB City Service. 

Ž.Lapinskas commented: It would have been ten years next year as I run the
Company. I am deeply familiar with the activities of City Service group. It is
advantage on one side, but on the other hand it becomes a limiting factor. I
took the decision to make a change in my career having considered opportunities
of my personal and professional growth. I hand the wheel of City Service into
trusted hands of colleague with whom we have been creating this international
group of companies for years. I firmly believe that bright future awaits City
Service Group. 

I am grateful and highly value the confidence the Board has placed in me. I
take over intensively growing Company with strong and ambitious team. City
Service will stay active in foreign and Lithuanian markets expanding its
