Flagging notification in accordance with the Finnish Securities Market Act
Chapter 9 Section 5: Lannebo Fonder AB holding in Exel Composites Plc exceeds 5
per cent 

Exel Composites Plc (business ID 1067292-7) has today 14 February 2014 received
a disclosure under Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act,
according to which the holding of Lannebo Fonder AB (business ID 556584-7042)
has exceeded 5 per cent of the voting rights and share capital in Exel
Composites Plc. 

Through share transactions concluded on 13 February 2014, the holding of
Lannebo Fonder AB is 1,000,000 shares, representing 8.4 per cent of the shares
and voting rights of the Company.
