A change in Lassila & Tikanoja's management

Ville Rantala, Vice President, Industrial Services at Lassila & Tikanoja plc
and member of the Group Executive Board will leave the company at his own
request by the end of 2014. 

Recruitment for a new Vice President has already begun.
