PANOSTAJA'S BOARD APPROVES 330,000 NEW SHARE SUBSCRIPTIONS

PANOSTAJA'S BOARD APPROVES 330,000 NEW SHARE SUBSCRIPTIONS

In a meeting held today on 15 December 2010, Panostaja Oyj's Board approved a
total of 330,000 new share subscriptions based on the option rights granted tothe Management of the company in 2006. The subscriptions were A options of the
2006 option plan. 

In accordance with the option terms, EUR 0.12 of the subscription price is
recognised in the share capital while the remainder is recognised in the
invested unrestricted equity fund. 

Since the registration of the subscribed shares, the number of Panostaja Oyj's
shares is 47.733.110. 

Once the new shares have been entered in the Trade Register, Panostaja will
apply for the shares to be admitted for trading on Nasdaq OMX Helsinki Oy in
the same class as the old shares.
