Regarding the unregistration of AB LESTO from the Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania

LESTO AB, identification code 302577612, registered office placed at Aguonu
str. 26, Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania. The total number of registered
ordinary shares issued by company is 603 944 593; ISIN code LT0000128449. 

On 31 December 2015 LESTO AB was unregistered from the Register of Legal
Entities of the Republic of Lithuania. 

Licensed activity of distribution and public supply of electricity AB LESTO
will perform until 1 January, 2016. Since then the activity will be continued
by Energijos Skirstymo Operatorius AB (code 304151376, registered office
address at Aguonų St. 24, Vilnius).
