GEOSENTRIC OYJ SHARE AMOUNT INCREASE REGISTERED

GeoSentric Oyj's increase of 2.500,000 new investment shares has been
registered in the trade register on January 7, 2011. The share issue without
charge was based on the decision at November 11, 2010 as announced in the
bulletin released on December 3, 2010. After the increase, the total registered
share capital of the company is EUR 8,955,761.65 and the number of shares
924,656,354. 

The new shares and also earlier registered new shares have been listed on
NASDAQ OMX Helsinki aside with the old shares (GEO1V) of the Company on January
28, 2011 andthe new shares are equivalent of their right with company's
existing shares.
