Offering of the share issue of Limarko laivininkystes kompanija AB has been completed

On 12 June 2008 Limarko laivininkystes kompanija AB completed the offering of
the share issue of 10 945 066 shares. During the offering 10 761 765 shares at
par value of LTL 1 (EUR 0,29) were subscribed to and fully paid up. A total
amount of LTL 10 761 765 (EUR 3 116 822,58) was paid by the investors for the
shares. The investors shall be able to dispose of the new shares after the
amendments of Company's Articles of Association related to the increase of the
authorized capital are registered as provided for by law and shares are
accounted into investor's securities accounts opened with the issuer Limarko
laivininkystes kompanija AB. Issuer's securities accounts are arranged by AB
SEB bankas.
