THE FINAL PRICE OF THE ACQUISITION OF STRÅLFORS SUPPLIES AB AND THE SALE OF     
ADDITIONAL SHARES TO KEY PERSONNEL                                              

The final price of the acquisition of a majority interest in Strålfors Supplies 
AB, confirmed by Wulff-Group Plc on July 31st, 2009, has been agreed by the     
parties. The final price was specified to total SEK 34.9 million (EUR 3.4       
million), while the price determined earlier was SEK 37.2 million(EUR 3.6       
million).                                                                       

In conjunction with the confirmation, Wulff-Group Plc will sell to five key     
personnel 8% of the shares of the Holding company that owns Strålfors Supplies  
AB's shares. After the acquisition, 60% of the Holding company will be owned by 
Wulff-Group Plc, 20% by Strålfors Supplies AB's key personnel, and 20% by       
Strålfors AB. The price of the sold shares was tied to the net asset value of   
the company. Wulff-Group Plc will acquire the remaining 20% of shares from      
Strålfors AB in 2011.                                                           

Strålfors Supplies AB significantly boosted Wulff-Group Plc's business in       
Scandinavia. The Strålfors deal also made it the biggest Nordic player in the   
office world. Customers will also see the co-operation of the Group's Nordic    
companies in their brand, when Strålfors Supplies AB's name changes on January  
1st, 2010 into Wulff Supplies AB.
