CHANGES TO PROHA ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION ENTERED INTO THE TRADE REGISTER

The changes made to Articles of Association of Proha by the Annual General
Meeting on April 18, 2007 have been entered into the Trade Register. 

The new Articles of Association were presented in the appendix of stock
exchange bulletin on March 28, 2007.
