(ISIN code: LT0000123911) from 21 January 2011 are listed on the Berlin Open
Market called Freiverkehr of the Berlin Stock Exchange (Börse Berlin) and from
25 January 2011 on the Open Market (Freiverkehr) of the Frankfurt Stock
Exchange (FWB Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse), owned by Deutsche Börse AG,
following the filling application made by German brokerage company Baader Bank
AG. 

TEO shares are also listed on the Munich Stock Exchange (Börse München) and the
Stuttgart Stock Exchange (Börse Stuttgart). 

TEO share's symbol on German stock exchanges is ZWS.
