Varikot Ltd (Business ID 2473422-8) has according to chapter 9, section 5, of
the Securities Markets Act disclosed to Sievi Capital plc (business ID
0190457-0) that due to commitment to Jussi Capital Ltd the ownership in Sievi
Capital Plc will decrease below 5%. 

Upon completion of the Takeover Bid, Varikot Ltd will directly own 0 shares in
Sievi Capital Plc.
