GEOSENTRIC STARTS CO-OPERATION PROCEDURE IN ITS SALO OFFICE                  

GeoSentric Oyj starts a co-operation procedure in its Salo office. In view of   
the continuing decline in the TWIG product line and in order to rightsize its   
workforce, the Company is reviewing its cost base and operations. The           
co-operation procedure will cover the entire workforce of Company's Salo office.

The initially set targets for the procedure are reducing the headcount by up to 
35 persons and achieving yearly cost savings of up to 1.000.000,00 €.
