NOTICE OF CHANGE IN SHARE OF OWNERSHIP PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 2 SECTION 10 OF THE
SECURITIES MARKET ACT 

The estate of Eero Alvari Kotilainen has on 11 April 2012 informed Sievi
Capital plc (Business ID 0190457-0) pursuant to Chapter 2, section 9 of the
Securities Market Act that the estate's holding has fallen below one-twentieth
(1/20) of all shares and votes in Sievi Capital plc on 9 April 2012 as the
result of the distribution of matrimonial assets and the estate on 9 April
2012. 

Eero Alvari Kotilainen's estate holds 0 Sievi Capital plc shares as the result
of the distribution of matrimonial assets and estate. 

Riitta-Liisa Kotilainen has on 11 April 2012 informed Sievi Capital plc
pursuant to Chapter 2, section 9 of the Securities Market Act that the number
of voting rights held by her has exceeded one-twentieth (1/20) of all votes. As
the result of the distribution of matrimonial assets and the estate of Eero
Alvari Kotilainen's estate on 9 April 2012, Riitta-Liisa Kotilainen has gained
ownership of 1,818,277 Sievi Capital plc shares. Kotilainen holds 1,829,277
(3.01%) Sievi Capital plc shares.  Furthermore, as the result of the
aforementioned distribution of matrimonial assets and estate, Riitta-Liisa
Kotilainen has gained will-based right of possession of the 1,818,278 (2.99%)
Sievi Capital plc shares. Riitta-Liisa Kotilainen has a total of 3,647,555
votes, or 6.01% of the number of votes in Sievi Capital plc (60,714,270 shares
and votes). 

Sirpa Anneli Kotilainen has on 11 April 2012 informed Sievi Capital plc
pursuant to Chapter 2, section 9 of the Securities Market Act that the number
of voting rights held by her has exceeded one-twentieth (1/20) of all votes. As
the result of the distribution of matrimonial assets and the estate of Eero
Alvari Kotilainen's estate on 9 April 2012, Sirpa Anneli Kotilainen has gained
ownership of 1,818,277 Sievi Capital plc shares. Kotilainen holds 1,829,277
(3.01%) Sievi Capital plc shares.  Furthermore, as the result of the
aforementioned distribution of matrimonial assets and estate, Sirpa Anneli
Kotilainen has gained will-based right of possession of the 1,818,277 (2.99%)
Sievi Capital plc shares. Sirpa Anneli Kotilainen has a total of 3,647,554
votes, or 6.01% of the number of votes in Sievi Capital plc (60,714,270 shares
and votes).
