PROHA'S FINANCIAL REPORTING IN 2011

Proha Plc will release its Financial Statements for January 1 - December 31,
2010 on Thursday, February 17, 2011. The Annual General Meeting will be held on
Thursday, March 17, 2011. The meeting place and time will be announced later. 

Proha will release its 2011 interim reports as follows:

- Interim Report for January 1 - March 31, 2011 (Q1) on Thursday, April 28, 2011
- Interim Report for January 1 - June 30, 2011 (Q2) on Thursday, July 28, 2011
- Interim Report for January 1 - September 30, 2011 (Q3) on Thursday, October
27, 2011
