TEO LT, AB - Notification on material event

Corporate Communication Unit of TEO will be headed by A. Bubnelis

Antanas Bubnelis, who is currently working as the Company's Press Officer, will
take a position of Director of Corporate Communications Unit of TEO from 2012
March 30. "The diligence and competence of Antanas, who has been heading TEO relations
with the media for more than four years, made it possible to achieve good
performance results. I believe that he will manage to successfully lead the
processes and help the Company overcome future challenges", - Arūnas Šikšta,
General Manager of TEO, said. 

Thirty years old A. Bubnelis has been working as TEO Press Officer since 2007.
Until then, he worked as Communications Consultant for one of the country's
largest public relations agencies. A. Bubnelis is a graduate of the Executive
MBA program at the Baltic Management Institute, as well as holds a Master's
degree in Public Relations from the Vilnius University.
