REGARDING THE ELECTION OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD

The new Supervisory Board of „ŽEMAITIJOS PIENAS“, AB, which was elected during the General Meeting of Shareholders held on the 10/04/2019, has elected one of its members, Romusas Jarulaitis, as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board on their first meeting. We remind you that the new Supervisory Board of „ŽEMAITIJOS PIENAS“, AB consists of: Virginija Vaiktuvienė, Gražina Norkevičienė and Romusas Jarulaitis.
