Kauno Energija - Notification on material event

Regarding conclusion of peaceful agreement with UAB Kauno Termofikacijos Elektrinė

AB Kauno Energija and UAB Kauno Termofikacijos Elektrinė concluded a peaceful
agreement on December 28, 2015 in the case No. 268 of Vilnius Commercial
Arbitration Court regarding termination of Investment agreement (including all
changes) concluded on March 31, 2003 under the essential terms of peaceful
agreement approved by Kaunas city municipality council on October 20, 2015 and
regarding peaceful termination of the case. Concluded peaceful agreement is
still subject to be approved by Vilnius Commercial Arbitration Court.
