Nils Lampi resigns from the Board of Directors of Aktia Bank plc

Nils Lampi has today informed that he will resign from her position as member
of the Board of Directors of Aktia Bank plc on 12 March 2013 due to other
assignments. The Board of Supervisors of Aktia Bank plc will decide on election
of a new member of the Board.
