TEO LT, AB - Notification on material event

TEO LT, AB will cease to be recognized as an undertaking having significant market power on National and International calls’ markets

Following the Order of Director of Communications Regulatory Authority of the
Republic of Lithuania, starting from 1 January 2014 TEO LT, AB (hereinafter -
“TEO” or “the Company”) will cease to be recognized as undertaking having
significant market power on the following markets: 
- publicly available local and/or national telephone services provided at a
fixed location for residential customers; 
- publicly available international telephone services provided at a fixed
location for residential customers; 
- publicly available local and/or national telephone services provided at a
fixed location for non-residential customers; 
- publicly available international telephone services provided at a fixed
location for non-residential customers. 

According to the market analysis undertaken by the Communications Regulatory
Authority, an effective competition exists on the markets of National calls'
services provided for residential customers, International calls' services
provided for residential customers, National calls' services provided for
non-residential customers and International calls' services provided for
non-residential customers.
